Comments:
This is #101 in Sharp's Folk Songs
from Somerset series (the fourth). The words and the air were
taken from Mr. Robert Parish, of Exford.
Sharp states that he has supplemented the words supplied with some from
another source (as they were incomplete).
Karpeles (1987)KCS has a version of
this song apparently taken from the same source (p141). However the
text differs slightly in a few places.
