Comments:
Johnson gives no source for either air or text. However Kinsley and
others attribute the song to Robert Burns (see Burns, 1969,BPS,
p311).
I have ignored the bass part given for the air.
Regarding the text, as with the original, I have used the old-fashioned
stye "ſ" for "s", where indicated. However, this means that the
LilyPond file and the text
file are utf-8 rather than ascii. (To be honest, one reason I
transcribed this song was to attempt to use UTF-8 characters with
LilyPond).
